Arguments

ignoreNonDigits	Whether nondigt characters are ignored. Default is false
ignoreChars	Set of characters to ignore. Default is "".
message	Literal message to use if validation fails.
errorCode	Error code to use if validation fails.
messageKey	Message key to use if validation fails.
