For the impatient : After a game over or lost life, press ENTER

In a galaxy far, far away.... an advanced race has exhausted the resources of their planet and almost eradicated all natural life. Desperate, these little grey beings send one of their representatives on a quest to retrieve botanical species from other planets and send them back the their world for re-population. Advanced as they are, they open a wormhole into the atmosphere of the target planet, and this is where you begin: In each planet, you must collect all flowers and drag them into the wormhole, where they will be sucked and collected. Once you are finished, exit the planet through the wormhole. As you progress through the game, you will visit planets further and further away from your home planet. What does this mean? The energy required for maintaining the wormhole open will be higher and higher, so your friends will be forced to provide you with a smaller and smaller wormhole.

Different planets have different gravity forces. Some are barren moons that have no gravity, some others are huge planets that will crush you if you get too complacient.

Of course, the flowers aren't all too happy of being collected, and will run, jump, shoot seeds and generaly express their insatisfaction with you. So beware! Fortunately, your traction beam has also an immobilizing effect, so while the flowers are in your beam, they will not be able to resist.

Use the arrow keys to thrust in a particular direction, and the SPACE bar to activate the traction beam. To lift a flower , the traction beam must cover its kernel (or face) completely. You can only lift several flowers at once. Each time a flower is dragged into the wormhole, you get some fuel sent back.

If a flower falls from too a big height, it will die and a gravestone will appear.

You have a limited amount of fuel for each planet (indicated by the right red bar), and everything you do (thrust, tractor beam, etc.) consumes fuel. If your fuel is over, your ship cannot do anything and you will crash into the ground, where you'll slowly die without remedy.

Also, you have a limited amount of health (indicated by the left green bar) which will be decreased whenever you crash into the planet or get hit by a plant seed. When crashing with the planet, the damage sustained will depend on the speed with which you crash.

If you die, press ENTER to continue (or to start again, if you lost all your lives)
